From the very start of our journey with 5AB Homes right through to the PCI stage of our two homes in Ballarat, the process has been nothing short of exceptional. What impressed us the most was their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs.Their pricing was also incredibly reasonable, allowing us to bring our vision to life without compromise. Shruti, our initial point of contact, deserves special mention. She was an absolute pleasure to work with—always prompt, professional, and ready with practical, thoughtful solutions to every query we had. Her support throughout the planning phase made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and exciting. As we moved into the construction phase, we were equally impressed by Mr. Ravinder Arora, the owner of 5AB Homes. He is one of the kindest and most approachable people we have ever met. His “nothing is too hard” attitude and his willingness to say “yes” to every reasonable request truly set him apart in the industry. One moment that really stood out for us was on the day of our PCI. Mr. Arora personally arranged an in-person meeting at a local café in Ballarat. He took time out of his busy schedule to sit down with me and my wife, discuss our entire experience, ask if we had faced any issues during the build, and check how happy and satisfied we were with the quality of the homes. Alongside him was the PCI manager, ready to address any questions we had. This extraordinary effort made us feel like genuinely valued customers and reinforced our trust in 5AB Homes. It’s rare to find such dedication and care in this industry. Another highlight for us was the timeframe. It took only about four and a half months for them to build both of our single-story homes in Ballarat, which is truly exceptional. The speed and quality of their work exceeded all our expectations. We are very thankful to FiveAB Homes, and especially Mr. Ravinder Arora, for looking after us the way he did. I cannot wait to start another project with them in the future. I highly, highly recommend 5AB Homes to anyone planning to build their dream home. Their prices are unmatched, and the level of care, flexibility, and professionalism they offer is second to none. I am a very, very happy customer of FiveAB Homes.
