Note :

    Bush Fire Attack Level – Including home’s compliance with mandatory 12.5 BAL Australian Standard which protects from bush fire and ember attack if applicable. It must be checked and verified and appropriate cost must be included if applicable. Even if the property is found to be bush fire prone in the later stages owner must bear the expenses if any.

RECYCLED WATER

  • Recycled Water Connection if applicable as per council requirement. Connecting recycle water to all the toilets and laundry. Recycle water taps where suitable as per plumbing requirements.

WATER

  • Connection of water supply up to 5 meter setback.

PHONE

  • Phone trenching from pit to house including 2 phone points.
    Note: Phone connection fees to be paid by owner.

CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy)
Additional design changes may be required to meet developer/estate guidelines for developer approval. Any additional changes such as: corner treatment, rainwater tank etc, will be at owners expense.
